Our flagship workshop, She Who is Brave is Free, is a full-day incursion for girls aged 12-16. The program focuses on respect for oneself and respect for others, covering topics such as body image, beauty, cyberwellness, bullying, harm and consent. Students will participate in individual exercises geared towards self-reflection, as well as group exercises founded on principles of restorative justice.

If you would like to learn more about the program content, the best thing to do is contact us.

That was amazing. Please get Rachel back, the way she talks to the girls about these big issues is fantastic, and I feel the girls got so much out of it. Absolutely incredible.
